We currently deliver across all states and union territories of India via reliable, trackable courier partners.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of Rs999 or more.
• Orders below that amount pay a flat shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your city.
• You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships — track anytime from the Track order page.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, write to us at info@jainathorganic.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packet and we will replace it or refund you.
