Edible goods return rule

Because our products are edible and batch-labelled for safety, we can only accept returns or exchanges for unopened, sealed packets reported within 7 days of delivery.

When you are covered

• Manufacturing defect or wrong item sent.
• Packet damaged in transit (photo required).
• Unopened, sealed packet returned within 7 days of delivery.

How it works

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@jainathorganic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number and a photo of the packet.
3. Our care team approves the return and shares the pickup or address instructions.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

For personalised wellness blends that have been opened, returns are not possible — but we stand behind every batch and will always replace defective goods.
